What does working with you look like?
Engagements are scoped to the situation. Jeff steps into fractional executive roles, COO, product, or business-line leadership, when a company needs seasoned operating leadership without a full-time hire; leads defined-scope projects such as strategic planning, market entry, M&A diligence and integration, or AI roadmaps; and serves in an ongoing advisory capacity to boards, founders, and investors. Most relationships begin with a short scoping conversation to define the objective, timeline, and the right structure before any commitment.
